ASME Pressure Vessels and Piping (PVP) India Group was formed in 2024 in response to members’ growing interest in the rapidly changing and expanding technology of pressure boundary containment.
Pressure Vessels and Piping Division was organized as an ASME technical division in 1966 in the United States of America, in response to the interest of members to the rapidly changing and expanding technology of pressure boundary containment.
Mission & Vision
- To expand the knowledge base of members by exposing them to diverse topics,, and exchange opinions and ideas both from industry and academia in a variety of topics related to Pressure Vessels and Piping technologies for the power and process industries.
- To provide a forum for the engineering and scientific communities to promote, share and disseminate state-of-the-art pressure technologies, relating to the power, petrochemical, and process industries, and sustainable and alternative energies.
- To facilitate state-of-the-art efficiency, reliability, and safety as the go-to source of knowledge for pressure technology.
