Seven Entrepreneurs in India Selected for Premier Social Innovation Accelerator, Set for April 24-25 in Hyderabad
2025 ASME ISHOW India ventures provide innovative solutionsto address agricultural, energy, healthcare, and transportation challenges
Hyderabad, April, 2025 – The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) will host the prestigious ISHOW India 2025 on April 24–25 at T-Hub, Hyderabad. This groundbreaking event will bring together seven hardware-driven social ventures from across India, each showcasing innovative solutions aimed at solving critical challenges in agriculture, energy, healthcare, and transportation.
The ISHOW India ventures’ innovations provide affordable, sustainable hardware technology solutions to agricultural, energy, healthcare, and transportation challenges. They are:
- Caruna Mobility (Puducherry, India)
- DARTML (Kerala, India)
- FastSense Innovations (Pune, Maharashtra, India)
- Kisan Rover (Jhalawar, Rajasthan, India)
- Neenva Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India)
- Newrup Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India)
- AI Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India)
Over the two-day event, these startups will participate in an intensive accelerator program, benefiting from invaluable feedback and mentorship from top design and engineering experts. They will compete for a coveted place among the ISHOW 2025 cohort and a share of $30,000 in grant funding, designed to help accelerate the development and market launch of their impactful innovations.
The event will culminate in a dynamic product showcase on April 25, followed by a high-profile awards ceremony. At the ceremony, three ventures will be selected to join the ISHOW 2025 cohort, gaining access to technical support, design services, and ASME’s expansive global network to help bring their groundbreaking solutions to market.
Sri Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Special Chief Secretary, Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications (ITE&C), and Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Telangana, expressed his pride in hosting this global event: “Telangana, known as the startup state of India, is at the forefront of creating and executing policies that promote innovation for the benefit of the people. The ventures selected at ISHOW India will go on to participate in an international bootcamp later this year, receiving additional mentorship and design guidance to further hone their products. They will also join ASME’s growing global network of innovators and entrepreneurs, gaining access to the resources and connections needed to scale their ventures globally.
The ISHOW India event in Hyderabad will mark a significant step in recognizing and supporting India’s rising innovators in the social impact space. By bringing together diverse entrepreneurs, experts, and mentors, the event will showcase the transformative potential of hardware-driven solutions to create lasting, positive change.
